Antiquing
It has been my long time desire to add some whimsical twist to furniture. I have literally tried painting everything around me, how could I keep my paints off these :D While I got this ivory-ish drawers, I saw this little opportunity....well well enough said, lets get our hands dirty. I started with acrylic bronze paints on the handle and worked my way through the embossed corners, and then finally went to add some effect on the flat face of the drawers. I topped off all the paints with a glossy varnish finish. I wonder, if I had planned for a more bohemian look, I could have painted it off all green to look like bamboo shoots(!), may be next time :P
