Piture Taking, Painstaking

Its equally fun to take pictures as it is to make things. Its interesting how much difference a picture can make. I believe pictures are the only way people see what you make in the way you want it to be seen.

This is applicable to many a things that are handmade, the final touch - like the way a picture is framed, or where and how you place it in a setting, or how an accessory is to be worn etc  can all be significant in making people understand what kind of a look or setting you made it for.

With all this in mind, taking pictures can be stressful (phew!). Nevertheless, it is so fun(!!), if - you have an awesome backyard, you have too many pieces of cute crap for props, a great outside weather, or an amazing self made studio. I don't have any of these as of now,  but I had a great weekend with a cousin. Her amazing collection of seasonal nature reminiscence helped us achieve something unique staging space for some of my jewelry. She had these most perfect little pieces of rocks and stones,  wood, sea shells, feathers and what not!

In just a days time I ended up trying so many prop permutations! This is how our pretty junk looked.

And now for our pictures...
