Finally fulfilled

After much procrastination, my simple wish to complete the stitches on this shrug finally came true. With repeated mainstream school work and way too many changes in everyday life, I had to find some peace to do this.

And yay!, it turned just the way I expected (ok, almost).

I initially started of wanting to work the stitches on either sides on the flaps and spreading across the shoulder of the shrug. But the little attachment (/stitch/pattern)  across the shoulder did not seem to aid me favorably. So this is finally what the plan detours led to, not bad at all!
